CPO (Chief Party Officer)

As a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Mark takes pride in his acquisition of the largest prop collection between Atlanta, GA and Washington, D.C. He always enjoys conquering a challenge and if you see him on a show set up, you know you are in for a great event!

HOLLY LUNN

Senior Special Events Manager | Sales Manager

As the most senior member of the sales / event team, Holly has been in the hospitality industry for over thirty years. She is not only devoted to her clients, but has also been a mentor and leader to the rest of the Extravaganza team.

JENNIFER MORGAN

Special Events Manager | Facility Manager

Jennifer Morgan joined the Extravaganza event team in 2011 after relocating to Charlotte, NC from New York, NY. She graduated from Queens College and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and has a background working in fashion design, merchandising and sales.

Olga Gonzalez

Manager of Depot Décor and Operations

Olga joined the Extravaganza Team over 10 years ago and has been a huge asset ever since! She handles all back of house linen and supply operations. Her extensive drapery skills leave clients in awe. In addition, she ensures that all event set-ups are executed efficiently and professionally.

Amanda Daugherty

Special Event Planner | Marketing Manager

Amanda joined the Extravaganza team in August of 2021, after graduating from East Carolina University. Go pirates! She majored in Business with a concentration in Marketing. She now works as part of the sales team, and handles marketing aspects. Though she may be new, she brings a fresh perspective to the workplace, that generates positive advancements within the company!

Senior Designer

Teresa has been with Extravaganza since before our grand opening and has successfully planned, designed and executed prestigious events throughout the East Coast for over 30 years. Her impeccable eye for design and creativity has dubbed her not only one of the best in Charlotte, but arguably one the best production managers in the state.

Doug has been with Extravaganza for over 20 years and has successfully designed and built thousands of outstanding props/profiles. His unique eye for design is an essential asset to creating memorable events. In addition, he efficiently handles all gaming events, including wonderful casino nights!

MELISSA BRISENO

Operations Manager

Melissa joined the Extravaganza Team in December of 2021 and has worked her way up to becoming an essential member of our team! She quicky adapted to the craziness and was able to efficiently learn the ins and outs of the business! Additionally, she assists with sales and trains incoming employees! Have an issue or concern? Melissa has an answer! She brings a positive and calming presence to the workplace and is excited for what’s to come!!
