As the most senior member of the sales / event team, Holly has been in the hospitality industry for over thirty years. She is not only devoted to her clients, but has also been a mentor and leader to the rest of the Extravaganza team.
Special Events Manager | Facility Manager
Jennifer Morgan joined the Extravaganza event team in 2011 after relocating to Charlotte, NC from New York, NY. She graduated from Queens College and the FashionInstitute of Technology in New York and has a background working in fashion design, merchandising and sales.
Manager of Depot Décor and Operations
Olga joined the Extravaganza Team over 10 years ago and has been a huge asset ever since! She handles all back of house linen and supply operations. Her extensive drapery skills leave clients in awe. In addition, she ensures that all event set-ups are executed efficiently and professionally.
Special Event Planner | Marketing Manager
Amanda joined the Extravaganza team in August of 2021, after graduating from East Carolina University. Go pirates! She majored in Business with a concentration in Marketing. She now works as part of the sales team, and handles marketing aspects. Though she may be new, she brings a fresh perspective to the workplace, that generates positive advancements within the company!
Teresa has been with Extravaganza since before our grand opening and has successfully planned, designed and executed prestigious events throughout the East Coast for over 30 years. Her impeccable eye for design and creativity has dubbed her not only one of the best in Charlotte, but arguably one the best production managers in the state.
Art Director | Casino Talent Coordinator
Doug has been with Extravaganza for over 20 years and has successfully designed and built thousands of outstanding props/profiles. His unique eye for design is an essential asset to creating memorable events. In addition, he efficiently handles all gaming events, including wonderful casino nights!
Melissa joined the Extravaganza Team in December of 2021 and has worked her way up to becoming an essential member of our team! She quicky adapted to the craziness and was able to efficiently learn the ins and outs of the business! Additionally, she assists with sales and trains incoming employees! Have an issue or concern? Melissa has an answer! She brings a positive and calming presence to the workplace and is excited for what’s to come!!
Extravaganza is the only place in Charlotte to find custom designed or large scale props for an event! They do host events there and as Melissa mentioned, the trains add a very cool point of interest amongst the exposed brick, high ceilings and large space. In terms of hosting an event there, if you want a skyline view (it's a GREAT view!) but are on a budget, definitely check this place out. The neighborhood isn't la-ti-da but the parking lot is protected and secured at all times. If you're ever looking for a giant ice cream cone or maybe some red carpets, Stephanie @ Extravaganza has it all (and if they don't have it, they can make it since they have a full time artisan on staff!).
We hired Extravaganza Depot to create a "night club" environment/room in a ballroom at a country club. Everything was perfect, the room looked beautiful and it really felt like we were in a club! Best venue ever! The professionals at Extravaganza delivered a magical night. We gave them the theme and they did the work. No detail was missed and they gave us a Winter Garden nobody would want to miss. Amanda was our decorator there and she did everything just right.
